Give us feedback as soon as you can. Your specialist consultant will then call the client, ask for their feedback and then offer your feedback. Your consultant will then get back to you as soon as possible with the client's feedback.

If you do get the job offer:
• References are usually required - but don't worry, your prospective employer will not contact anyone from your current place of work until you have resigned
• When should you resign? Wait until you get written confirmation of the job offer and you are happy with the contract before you resign
• What if my boss gives me a better offer? Stop and ask yourself these questions:

- Remember why you wanted to leave in the first place. Do you honestly think things will change with this new offer? Only you will know the answer
- If I stay, will my loyalty be questioned and maybe affect my chances of advancement?
- The rise will make me expensive for the role. How will this affect me in the future and how would my colleagues feel?
- I got this better offer because I resigned. Will I have to go this far in the future if I want to progress?
